2.       Secretary's Report – Lynn Sager

·       Minutes from April need to be read and approved

·       No meeting for July

3. Treasurer's Report – Jim Anderson will not be at meeting we will cover June and July at next board meeting and the year end

4. Membership Report – Kim Livingston

5. Programs –Bob Bulthuis

• Chicago Trip

6. Exhibition Committee – Steve Filmore

• State Fair – Michael Dyda plans to date

• Como Show – Micheal Dyda plans to date

7.     Plant Sale- Ross Hella

8.     Audit Committee- Books will be available to audit will find committee at business meeting

9.     Budget Committee- Rick Budzynski and Jim Anderson to get together to put budget together

10.  Old and New Business
